Recommended Music

Indian Ragas - Bhageshree, Bhimpalas, and Vasant Bahar - are found to be extremely good for concentration.

Mozart's Sonatas are found to be extremely good for motivation, recharging the neurons and healing.
Baroque music is very good for memory enhancement.

Some effective Baroque music composers are: Bach, Handel, Vivaldi, Boccherini, Rossini, Telemann, Haydn and Tchaikovsky.

Use any of the slow, soothing music from these composers, such as Largo (slow) movements from concertos. A tempo of around 60 beats per minute is ideal.

You can also choose Gregorian chants or music from contemporary composers which have these slow beats. This kind of music helps people with health problems such as migraine and high blood pressure.

Listen to your choice of Memory & Mind Power Music through headphones (frequency: 22 kHz & above). This seems to enhance the effect by actually tuning your inner ear. When we listen with headphones we actually hear a wider range of frequencies, which helps us to remember the material we are concentrating on.

For boosting memory, string music such as violin, mandolin, harpsichord and guitar gives better results.
